Group Reformer

Our signature Reformer Pilates classes work the full-body - improving overall strength, mobility and flexibility. Form is emphasized with function, enabling you to feel freedom through movement. Classes are held in small groups of a maximum of 10 people to ensure safety and precision. Session is for 50 minutes.

Privates

One-to-one session tailored to meet your goals and concerns. Great for beginners as well as those who prefer the attention and detail. Session is for 50 minutes, and includes usage of some or all (as instructor sees fit) Pilates equipment- Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector and Mat Pilates.

Duet

Personal session shared between two persons to an instructor. For those who like the company of a friend, whilst still benefiting from the instructor’s attention and adjustment. Session is for 50 minutes, and includes usage of some or all (as instructor sees fit) Pilates equipment- Cadillac, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Chair, Spine Corrector and Mat Pilates.

Closed Group

Private Group Reformer session with your self-arranged group of friends. Inclusive and classes can be catered to your group’s collective goals and needs. Session is for 50 minutes.
