This Intermediate-level Reformer Pilates class requires a solid foundation, is faster paced and athletic. Experience a total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment. In this class, the exercises become more complex and we work with small props to challenge the body. Expect various variations, transitions and fluidity in the movements. We strongly recommend joining at least 5 Discover (Beginner) classes before joining this Grow (Intermediate) class. This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
