Build a solid foundation in this beginner-friendly class, suitable for those whom are new(er) to Reformer Pilates. You will learn about the key principles of Pilates, some Pilates terminology and how to use the Reformer machine safely. Class pace is moderate, form is emphasized and the movements are relatively easy to execute. This class is not suitable for pregnant women.
